Our panelists will delve into the culture of mental illness in communities of color. This interactive discussion seeks to deepen the exploration of the experiences of men of color and their ways of coping. This interactive panel will:
1. Address the stigma of mental illness
2. Normalize mental wellness in communities of color and more specifically among men of color 3. Change the narrative of mental illness and instead discuss ways to develop and maintain mental wellness
4. Explore impactful resources and ways of coping with mental illness
5. Examine ways to foster healthy dialogue about mental illness in communities of color
