Record-keeping best practices will be documented and highlighted to understand and apply to your own field of social work practice and human services. Even if you roll your eyes at the thought of talking about confidentiality and case notes one more time, this workshop will address how even the most experienced practitioners, and the newest case managers, can unknowingly break confidentiality limits and rules. Your progress/case note writing skills will be enhanced, and we will explore how to make and keep time for documentation in an ever changing chaotic and demanding work environment.
