Participants will listen to a curated playlist of music and videos as the catalyst for engaging in critical conversations. Discussion prompts will explicitly address critical issues including structural, institutional, and personal racism, through the lens of social work competencies, values, and ethics. Upon completion of the synchronous workshop, participants will complete a structured reflection to support the synthesis of concepts and skills within the context of competency-driven social work field education.
